Bankhead Middle School is a STEM Certified School! BMS was awarded this for creating and sustaining superior student-centered STEM programs and setting high expectations for mastery of 21st century skills.

We were also the first school in the state to achieve Level 1 Certification in Marzano High Reliability Schools! This substantiates that BMS is highly effective in promoting student learning, and the certification is the first of five progressive levels of performance.
